Yes...i really happy bila EURO smalam Spain yang menang..hahaha...but, memang dua2 team hebat la..pa ble buat Jerman..lain kali, ko buli manang tu...Spain 1, Jerman 0. Goal by Torres....

Tambunan..Sehari and semalam jak sia balik..hahaha

Kasian gia, miskin bah, belum mampu ambil kereta. So sepanjang perjalanan, sia menikmati udara segar dan sejuk bah,. Siuknya. Macam di new zealand plak. Sepanjang perjalanan pigi tambunan memang lawa. Kalo korang pencinta alam macam sia, memang kamu suka punya. Nasip la ada my best buddy pigi ambil sia. My friend tu bawa sia pigi pekan la. Kami sampai saja pekan, ntah, mau pigi mana.

Mau balik pun , masih awal bah. So , sia cadangkan pigi sana TVRC la. Lama nda pigi sana bah pula. Perubahan tu, kurang saja yang berubah la. Tapi suasana dia masih cantik. First2, kami pusing2 TVRC. Pigi tingu2 haiwan. Ada la tu biawak, landak, burung helang, ular sawa…haha..puas tingu tu haiwan2..kami mau pula pigi tingu tu ikan2 di Kolam TVRC. Aduh, terpaksa naik jambatan gantung lagi. Sia ne memang pening kepala kalau naik jambatan gantung ne. time di tengah2 jambatan gantung, mau muntah rasanya, macam tu jambatan pun mau hanyut saja. Haha. Si fren ne pun, pigi kasi guyang2 tu jambatan.

Kami trus pigi Kaingaran Café, jam 5.30 PM tu. Silaka butul.masih tutup bah..pa lagi, kami trus pigi sana Tambunan Motel. Nasip la sana buka suda. So , kami pun stat la tu aramai tii..kami dua urang gia..haha..sambil brcrita2. ambil 2 set…nda cukup..tambah lagi 2 set..hahaha…pas tu, ada juga kami nyanyi2 time tu. Ntah pa lagu sia..awal lagi, nyanyi suda wonderful tonight and tu kosorou kopo nangku doho. C fren , sia pun lupa2 suda pa dia nyanyi. Hahaha.. Slalunya ramai urang bh di Tambunan Motel tu, tapi hari tu, macam sikit jak urang. Pa lagi, kami saja yang nyanyi. Haha..

Pas habis 4 set di Tambunan Motel, kami pindah lagi pigi Kaingaran Café. Sana kami kasi habis 2 set jak..Tapi sempat juga nyanyi. Ekslusif skit di Kaingaran Café oo. Lawa dia punya tempat. Romantik lagi, kalau bawa sumandak. Time di Kaingaran Café, jumpa pula kawan lama..haha..durang pun pigi meginum juga. Adui naa..takut sia nanti dia pigi kasi report sama parents sia oo…biar la..haha…ada juga kami nyanyi sana kaingaran café, tapi, sia pun lupa suda..pa kami lagu..hahahaha..

Puas sana, pindah lagi di TIPS Tambunan. Adui, lagi ramai urang. Banyaknya sia kenal..tapi masalahnya, durang tu yang nda kanal sia. Sbb, maklumla, jarang2 balik kan. So sia pun tida risau la…ada juga beberapa yang kenal sia time tu. Kami minum lagi 2 set di sana. Haha..sampai c fren suruh sia menyanyi, sia nda mau suda. Mau dakat jam 2 suda. So sia minta hantar balik la. Baru keluar dari pintu tips, sia tejatuh pula di tangga., bukan mabuk , tapi terlicin. So sampai simpang rumah, sia silap jalan lagi. Suda la berlumpur. Apa lagi, seluar sia pun penuh lumpur la time balik.hahaha. Sampai rumah, sia cek dompet and spek…astaga..tertinggal di kereta c Fren pula..budu..nasip la dia bagus..bisuk2 dia hantar juga. Thanks my Fren.

Ahakzs. Thanks to my sister, rajin betul kasi bersih bilik abang,…haha..sya paling tida sedar malam tu, entah sepa2 jak sia p call tu. Nda sedar bah..sia sedar time habis krdt suda.

Memang berbeza and enjoy la. Tapi tu la, lagu2 dia kurang update bah. Sia pun, susah mau cari lagu.

Tempat penginapan, jangan susah. TVRC, RM 90 satu malam. Kalau di Tambunan Motel, RM 50 satu malam. No akon. Hanya ada kipas. Di tambunan Akon semula jadi bah. Sejuk sedia. Kalau di rumah sia, buli juga..FREE OF CHARGE. Tapi rumah, under maintenance bah.

My Fren..Thanks k. haha..ada masa lagi, kita pusing lagi tu karoke..haha..banyak lagi bh actually ne tapi, sia pura2 lupa.hahaha!!!!kalau diceritakan, 10 tahun pun nda habis..hahaha..

Faith of my Hearts

I am standing here, along with my one true friend..
Deep inside I know, we will always be till the end..
We were only 7, maybe 6 when we meet each other..
Still, I guess that's when I think life gets better..
It was about fifteen years ago, but it feels so close,
In our hearts, our friendship is what matters most..
I still remember our old days, I remember it well..
I'm happy to have you, though my life's like hell..
It was back in 1991, when this friendship begins..
Yet, I know I have done lots of wrongs and sins..
From then on, I got a caring shoulder to lean on..
If you remember you were the one I depend upon..

Our naivety and innocence surpasses all boundaries,
and nothing else matters, as long as we are friends..
I have suffered and tormented by my demons inside,
but no punishment is too harsh when you are there..
I'm not sure if I ever say this, but I will by now;
being with you is the only time I feel truly happy..
Still, I'll always regret those times I have wasted,
for I was foolish, unaware of the time and the tide..
You're always there for me, through thick and thin,
yet I was blind, and oh so foolish I didn't realize..
I guess you should know by now, that I am sorry,
I promise from this moment, we will always be one..

My sorry and my regrets might come way too late..
So I guess, I can't really blame on my cruel fate..
Even as we grow, I didn't notice how foolish I am..
And I guess it makes my miserable life so damned..
Life has never been so kind, but you are my friend..
You are my shoulder to cry on, and an ear to lend..
But the truth is, I feel deeply blessed inside of me..
You are now here with me, forever and ever will be..
Now I know, there's nothing that could divide us..
Even if I must defy and fight against the universe..
So here we stand, shoulder to shoulder, still as one..
Our faith inside shall live for eternity, like the sun..

time to say goodbye...

I guess it's time to say goodbye,
Forget all your mean little comments.
But still you linger in my mind,
Because of your sharp betrayal.

Still I stand up for you,
Even though you never will for me.
Sometimes I forget were not friends,
Those are the times I regret.

The silence of your hatred,
Speaks more then words ever could.
But I would like to know,
What the hell I did.

I would understand and never speak of it again,
If you tell me what I did wrong.
Because I want to be a good person,
Maybe its something you should try.

The 10 Commandments

The 10 Commandments - God's Revelation in the Old Testament
The 10 Commandments are found in the Bible's Old Testament at Exodus, Chapter 20. They were given directly by God to the people of Israel at Mount Sinai after He had delivered them from slavery in Egypt:

"And God spoke all these words, saying: 'I am the LORD your God…

ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'

TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'

THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'

FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'

FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'

SIX: 'You shall not murder.'

SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'

EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.'

NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.'

TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.'

The 10 Commandments - Christ's Summation in the New Testament
About 1,400 years later, the 10 Commandments were summed up in the New Testament at Matthew 22, when Jesus was confronted by the religious "experts" of the day:

"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments" (Matthew 22:36-40).

A reflective reading of Christ's teaching reveals that the first four commandments given to the children of Israel are contained in the statement: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." It continues that the last six commandments are enclosed in the statement: "Love your neighbor as yourself"

Terry has been singing since the age of ten. He appeared in the local singing competitions twice at his early age and placed champion and runner up. Apparently, he was the youngest contestant in both competitions. At eighteen, he went to Selangor to further his study in Tourism Management at Stamford College, Kuala Lumpur. Although college life was hectic due tight study schedule, that did not however impede Terry from getting involved with music as he joined the youngest performing live band in Kuala Lumpur called ‘Crescendo’. the kampung boy..ha..ha..

Priceless Friend

Friendship is a priceless gift
that cannot be bought or sold,
but it's value is far greater
than mountains made of gold.
For gold is cold and lifeless,
it can neither see nor hear
and in times of trouble
it is powerless to cheer.
It has no ears to listen
nor the heart to understand,
It cannot bring you comfort
or lend a helping hand.
So when you ask
God for a gift
be thankful if he sends
not diamonds, pearls or riches...
But the love of true friends

a Tought for today

Keep the joy of loving God
"Keep the joy of loving God in your heart and share this joy with all you meet especially your family. Be holy – let us pray."

"I once picked up a woman from a garbage dump and she was burning with fever; she was in her last days and her only lament was: ‘My son did this to me.’ I begged her: You must forgive your son. In a moment of madness, when he was not himself, he did a thing he regrets. Be a mother to him, forgive him. It took me a long time to make her say: ‘I forgive my son.’ Just before she died in my arms, she was able to say that with a real forgiveness. She was not concerned that she was dying. The breaking of the heart was that her son did not want her. This is something you and I can understand."

Pray always

People today speak much about the poor, but they do not know or talk to the poor. So, too, we can talk much about prayer and yet not know how to pray.

We have to feed ourselves. We can die from spiritual starvation. We must be filled continually, like a machine. When one little thing in the machine is not working, then the whole machine is not working properly.

We need oil for the lamp.

Our lives must be connected with the living Christ in us. If we do not live in the presence of God, we cannot go on. Mother Teresa.

Zodiac

The zodiac refers to the 16° wide band on the celestial sphere containing the signs. It is centered on the ecliptic, occurs at the exact moment that the Sun crosses the celestial equator and enters the zodiac sign of Aries. Astrologers in India and some Western astrologers use the more ancient sidereal zodiac, which corresponds to the ancient position of the constellations as they were viewed thousands of years ago. Many people are confused regarding the difference between the sidereal constellations and the tropical zodiac signs. Because of a "wobble" in the earth's axis of rotation over a period of about 26,000 years (this 26,000 year period is often called a "great year"), the point at which the vernal equinox advances in the sky rate is approximately 0 deg, 0 min, 50.23 seconds a year. Precession of the equinoxes thus occurs at a rate of roughly 5 arc minutes of a degree every 6 years. Sidereal astrologers use zodiac signs that roughly align with the constellations as they were charted many thousands of years ago. Tropical astrologers use zodiac signs that align with the vernal equinox in the northern hemisphere and so the signs relate to the seasons and not the stars. It is also important to note that some astrologers don't use the signs of the zodiac at all, focusing more instead on the astrological aspects and other features of the horoscope.
* The sun sign is the sign of the zodiac in which the sun is located for the native. This is the single astrological fact familiar to most people. If an event occurs at sunrise the ascendant and sun sign' will be the same; other rising signs can then be estimated at approximately two hour intervals from there.
* A cusp is the boundary between two signs or houses. For some the cusp includes a small portion of the two signs or houses under consideration.

True Friendship...

True Friendship - Recognition
How can we find true friendship in this often phony, temporary world? Friendship involves recognition or familiarity with another's personality. Friends often share likes and dislikes, interests, pursuits, and passion.

How can we recognize potential friendship? Signs include a mutual desire for companionship and perhaps a common bond of some kind. Beyond that, genuine friendship involves a shared sense of caring and concern, a desire to see one another grow and develop, and a hope for each other to succeed in all aspects of life. True friendship involves action: doing something for someone else while expecting nothing in return; sharing thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment or negative criticism.

True Friendship - Relationship, Trust, Accountability
True friendship involves relationship. Those mutual attributes we mentioned above become the foundation in which recognition transpires into relationship. Many people say, "Oh, he's a good friend of mine," yet they never take time to spend time with that "good friend." Friendship takes time: time to get to know each other, time to build shared memories, time to invest in each other's growth.

Trust is essential to true friendship. We all need someone with whom we can share our lives, thoughts, feelings, and frustrations. We need to be able to share our deepest secrets with someone, without worrying that those secrets will end up on the Internet the next day! Failing to be trustworthy with those intimate secrets can destroy a friendship in a hurry. Faithfulness and loyalty are key to true friendship. Without them, we often feel betrayed, left out, and lonely. In true friendship, there is no backbiting, no negative thoughts, no turning away.

True friendship requires certain accountability factors. Real friends encourage one another and forgive one another where there has been an offense. Genuine friendship supports during times of struggle. Friends are dependable. In true friendship, unconditional love develops. We love our friends no matter what and we always want the best for our friends.

True Friendship - Examples of Real Friendship
True friendship stories are found throughout the Bible. In Genesis 18:17-33, we read about God sharing His intentions with Abraham. Abraham responds by telling God his thoughts and feelings about the situation. God and Abraham are able to do this because they trust and respect each other.

First Samuel 20 focuses on the friendship of David and Jonathan. These two men truly cared for each other and had great trust and confidence in one another. David was running for his life from Jonathan's father, Saul. Jonathan recognized that David was innocent. Because of the true friendship they shared, David survived Saul's assassination attempts and went on to become one of Israel's greatest kings.

Real and true friendship involves freedom of choice, accountability, truth, and forgiveness. Peter and Jesus give us this example: Peter, afraid for his life after Jesus is led away from the Garden of Gethsemane, denies knowing Jesus (John 18). As He is led away by His accusers, Jesus casts a look toward Peter that says, "I knew you would deny Me, and I forgive you" (John 21).

Real friendship looks at the heart, not just the "packaging." Genuine friendship loves for love's sake, not just for what it can get in return. True friendship is both challenging and exciting. It risks, it overlooks faults, and it loves unconditionally, but it also involves being truthful, even though it may hurt. Genuine friendship, also called "agape" love, comes from the Lord. The Lord Jesus calls us His friends and He laid down His life for us (John 15).

Relationships in real life involve different levels of friendships, and that's okay. But humans are designed by God for lasting relationships. Often our isolationist society offers only vague, empty relationships. God wants us to have friends here on earth. Most of all, He wants us to be friends with Him!

God's Word tells us that a friend sticks closer than a brother, and that in order for one to be a friend, one must show themselves friendly (Proverbs 18:24). The question is: what type of friend do you desire to be?

Proverbs 18:19 in the New Living Translation says: "It's harder to make amends with an offended friend than to capture a fortified city. Arguments separate friends like a gate locked with iron bars." When we've offended a true friend - whether by breaking a trust or by speaking the truth with love - we risk losing that friendship. We must be careful not to break the trust. But when not speaking the truth will cause greater hurt in our friend's life, we must be willing to sacrifice our needs for those of our friend. That is true friendship.

If we sometimes offend a friend without meaning to, God's Word offers a solution. It's called forgiveness. There is no greater example than the love of God for us. It so great that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, in order that our friendship with God might be restored. He did that in spite of the fact that we have offended Him deeply. We have disobeyed His commands, turned our backs on Him, and followed our own path. So the question remains: What type of friend do you want to be? True Christian friendship forgives.

Do you need a friend? God wants to be your true friend. Are you longing for companionship? God is always with you (Hebrews 13:5). Who do you know who needs a true friend today? God wants you to befriend others. He calls us to be His hands and feet in a world starving for true friendship.

Sometimes....

We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty. We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty.
- Mother Teresa

Money-Money-Money..Just Read it ...

There was a man who worked all of his life and saved all of his money. He was a real miser when it came to his money. He loved money more than just about anything, and just before he died, he said to his wife, "Now listen, when I die, I want you to take all my money and place it in the casket with me. I wanna take my money to the afterlife."

So he got his wife to promise him with all her heart that when he died, she would put all the money in the casket with him.

Well, one day he died. He was stretched out in the casket, the wife was sitting there in black next to her closest friend. When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got ready to close the casket, the wife said "Wait just a minute!"

She had a shoe box with her, she came over with the box and placed it in the casket. Then the undertakers locked the casket down and rolled it away. Her friend said, "I hope you weren't crazy enough to put all that money in the casket."

"Yes," the wife said, "I promised. I'm a good Christian, I can't lie. I promised him that I was going to put that money in that casket with him."

"You mean to tell me you put every cent of his money in the casket with him?"

"I sure did. I got it all together, put it into my account and I wrote him a check."

What are Human Rights

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, in the forms of treaties, customary international law , general principles and other sources of international law. International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.
Universal and inalienable

The principle of universality of human rights is the cornerstone of international human rights law. This principle, as first emphasized in the Universal Declaration on Human Rights in 1948, has been reiterated in numerous international human rights conventions, declarations, and resolutions. The 1993 Vienna World Conference on Human Rights, for example, noted that it is the duty of States to promote and protect all human rights and fundamental freedoms, regardless of their political, economic and cultural systems.

All States have ratified at least one, and 80% of States have ratified four or more, of the core human rights treaties, reflecting consent of States which creates legal obligations for them and giving concrete expression to universality. Some fundamental human rights norms enjoy universal protection by customary international law across all boundaries and civilizations.

Human rights are inalienable. They should not be taken away, except in specific situations and according to due process. For example, the right to liberty may be restricted if a person is found guilty of a crime by a court of law.
Interdependent and indivisible

All human rights are indivisible, whether they are civil and political rights, such as the right to life, equality before the law and freedom of expression; economic, social and cultural rights, such as the rights to work, social security and education , or collective rights, such as the rights to development and self-determination, are indivisible, interrelated and interdependent. The improvement of one right facilitates advancement of the others. Likewise, the deprivation of one right adversely affects the others.

Equal and non-discriminatory

UNICEF photoNon-discrimination is a cross-cutting principle in international human rights law. The principle is present in all the major human rights treaties and provides the central theme of some of international human rights conventions such as the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.

The principle applies to everyone in relation to all human rights and freedoms and it prohibits discrimination on the basis of a list of non-exhaustive categories such as sex, race, colour and so on. The principle of non-discrimination is complemented by the principle of equality, as stated in Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”
Both Rights and Obligations

Human rights entail both rights and obligations. States assume obligations and duties under international law to respect, to protect and to fulfil human rights. The obligation to respect means that States must refrain from interfering with or curtailing the enjoyment of human rights. The obligation to protect requires States to protect individuals and groups against human rights abuses. The obligation to fulfil means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights. At the individual level, while we are entitled our human rights, we should also respect the human rights of others.

Father's Day- Happy to say .....

Sonora Dodd, of Washington, first had the idea of a "father's day." She thought of the idea for Father's Day while listening to a Mother's Day sermon in 1909.
Sonora wanted a special day to honor her father, William Smart. Smart, who was a Civil War veteran, was widowed when his wife died while giving birth to their sixth child. Mr. Smart was left to raise the newborn and his other five children by himself on a rural farm in eastern Washington state.

After Sonora became an adult she realized the selflessness her father had shown in raising his children as a single parent. It was her father that made all the parental sacrifices and was, in the eyes of his daughter, a courageous, selfless, and loving man. Sonora's father was born in June, so she chose to hold the first Father's Day celebration in Spokane, Washington on the 19th of June, 1910.

President Calvin Coolidge, in 1924, supported the idea of a national Father's Day. Then in 1966 President Lyndon Johnson signed a presidential proclamation declaring the 3rd Sunday of June as Father's Day. President Richard Nixon signed the law which finally made it permanent in 1972.

"None of you can ever be proud enough of being the child of SUCH a Father who has not his equal in this world-so great, so good, so faultless. Try, all of you, to follow in his footsteps and don't be discouraged, for to be really in everything like him none of you, I am sure, will ever be. Try, therefore, to be like him in some points, and you will have acquired a great deal." -- Victoria, Queen of England

Who loved thee so fondly as he?
He caught the first accents that fell from thy tongue,
And joined in thy innocent glee."

Govt Salaries in two parts from August

The PM announced on Wednesday, that the government salaries will be paid in two installments started from August. He said the measure would facilitate management of expanses of cash flows of house holds following the increases fuel prices. The first installment will be paid on in the middle of the month, and the second at the end of the month. Deduction for income tax, EPF, such will be made in the second installments (which means that the second installment much less compare to the first installments) .
There are so many things that we should pay in the end of the month is it? For example car loan, house loan, bank loan.. etc… So the second installments can afford it? Let say the first installment wholly used for the house hold. So what is your opinion?

The fuel prices hike, everything going high

When the PM announced the fuel prices hike …..(When is it?) Forget already, last Thursday??? , is it a big shocked to the people and also to me (even I’m a grapper(penganggur).. he..he..). Can you imagine the petrol and diesel’s prices going too high…. Malaysian people was too worried about this issue.. The prices was jumping almost 50% ( petrol was 41 % and diesel was 60++ %).
When I’m walking along the crowd of people or dining in the restaurant, everyone talking about this. So sometimes , I’m took part of their discussion. Some of them leading with my opinion and some of them, was too stupid because pretending and agreeing with this hot issue. It is not simple man. We have to think which one better and which one bad.
When the fuel prices hike, so everything also going high. This morning, I was using bus to my work place. Before this the fare was 50 cent, this morning, it was RM 1
( Likas Square to Kota Kinabalu). I also took a breakfast at my favorite restaurant this morning. The Teh Tarik was RM 1. 30 before, but now, it was RM 1.50. The rice also hiking from RM 10.00 per kilo to RM 17.50 per kilo. The school fares also hiking. It was happened to my young sister. The fare was RM 50 before but it was RM 120 per month starting from next month. How stupid is it?
I think that, it is a big trouble to the people. I was reading the Daily express just now; the PM announced that the government salaries will be in two parts from august. The salaries will be paid on the middle of the month and in the end of the month. The purpose is to help the people to plan their money usage. Is this the solution?? NO!!!! it is a big trouble to the people. It is better if the salaries paid every day…so that people can plan their daily money planning. Wakakakakaka…Stupid la if like this right.
SO, WHAT SHOULD WE DO!!!!!!WAKE UP!!!
