7 Ways To Boost Your Sperm

Whether you want to increase your chances of having children, or simply want to ejaculate loads of sperm and semen, doubling the load is what all guys want to do in the grand scheme of things.

An abundance of sperm is a sign of testosterone and a healthy reproductive system and guys who watch porn know that guys like Peter North are popular for a reason. So now it's up to you to turn your once ordinary sperm into Supersperm (cue the music).
why increase sperm?
Aside from the ego boost it gives guys, having more semen and sperm to release will result in longer orgasms, no doubt.

As well, increased sperm production will likely lead to an increase in sexual desire as well -- not that you need it, of course. Nevertheless, if you simply want to shower your woman with your love (yes, that's the really nice way of saying it) or you want to give fatherhood a fighting chance, today's tip is surely going to teach you something you didn't already know about your swimmers.
let your boys fly
The following tips may not all apply to you, but there are at least a couple you can take to heart, or to your testicles, to improve and increase your sperm count.

1- Quit smoking
If you smoke, quit now. If it's not bad enough that you already have bad breath and can't taste anything, smoking also affects your sperm count. Not only do you have significantly less sperm than non-smoking men (22%), your little boys are also slower and smaller.

2- Remove the heat
The reason your testicles hang from your body and don't reside inside it like a woman's ovaries, is because they need to be a few degrees cooler than the rest of your body. So wearing tight underwear or tight pants that keeps them pressed up against your 98.6° body is not a good idea. As well, sleep naked if you can, to ensure coolness.

3- Start eating right
Believe it or not, your diet affects your sperm production big time (how it affects the taste is debatable, however). And although I'm sure you already know that a diet that's low in fat, and high in protein, vegetables, and whole grains is good for your health, I bet you didn't know that it's also good for your sperm. Keep the boys healthy, speedy and in abundance by eating right.

4- Have sex & masturbate less often
Many readers write in to ask why their semen is sometimes nice and thick, and yet other times, it's transparent and somewhat watery. Well, it's quite simple actually, the more times you ejaculate, the less dense your semen will be. If you have sex every day, or worse, masturbate furiously, then chances are that your sperm count and semen density will not be up to par.

5- Drink less
Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic rise in estrogen levels. So, as I'm sure you've already concluded yourself, this will interfere with sperm production because estrogen, not testosterone, will accumulate in your body. Even two drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production, so maybe you should put the beer down for today.

6- Exercise your muscle
Although this may not increase your actual sperm and semen production, exercising your PC muscle can help you shoot further than ever before. For some reason, some guys equate this with being the man (myself being one of them). Do your Kegel exercises and you'll be able to thrown down.

7- Try supplements, not just drugs
While certain drugs, such as marijuana (and all her illegal friends) and antifungal medicine, may hinder sperm production, others, like testosterone therapy, may help increase sperm production. As well, certain natural supplements promise to increase sperm production.

L-carnitine, found in red meat and milk, is a natural amino acid, and increases sperm production and speed. Of course, it can also be taken as a supplement.

Folic acid (or L-lysine -- all foods made with grains must be fortified with folic acid), when combined with zinc, increases the amount of sperm produced.

L-arginine (found in nuts, sesame seeds, eggs, and meat) is also highly regarded as a sperm enhancer.

Also, antioxidants such as vitamin E and selenium also improve sperm's speed and concentration.
it's all in your head
In the grand scheme of things, sperm really serves a purpose for the continuation of the population, but what do you care, right? All you want to do is shoot the boys across the room and freak out your woman.

Well, I hope I helped you do so. Until next time, on your mark, get set, ready, explode.

AirAsia will stop flying its Kota Kinabalu-Clark route from Feb 1 next year (2013)

PETALING JAYA: AirAsia will stop flying its Kota Kinabalu-Clark route from Feb 1 next year.
In a statement, the low-cost carrier said the seven-times weekly flight would be withdrawn due to commercial reasons.
“The route suspension is for the group to realign its business plan and strengthen its operations to focus on markets where it can build a leadership position next year,” it said.
Affected customers who have made bookings for flights after the date, it said, would be contacted by AirAsia's customer service personnel to inform them about the suspension and to offer alternatives.
Those affected can either move their flights to an earlier date to or from Kota Kinabalu or Clark in Philippines with no extra charge subject to availability or will be offered a credit shell for the value paid with a validity of three months.
Otherwise, customers can opt for a full refund on their payments.
For further enquiries on the route suspension, customers can tweet AirAsia at twitter.com/AskAirAsia.

How To Go To KL Sentral from LCCT Air Asia

This post is dedicated to Sabahans ( also non Sabahan) who want to go to Kuala Lumpur using LCCT ( Low Cost Carrier Terminal- Air Asia). Now a day, value of money is getting higher and higher so how if we try to reduce our travelling cost?

Taxi is one of very important public transportion in KL but the charges from Airport to the city is very expensive. Last time, i really don't know where to take a bus service  to the city. I took a taxi to my hotel and the cost is nearly RM100. Well, RM100 is quit expensive for me because i can use the money to buy lots of things.

Recently, when i was in KL, my friend from KK had called me and he was asking about the direction to the KL city from LCCT and he prefer the cheapest public transport. Well, i advised him to take a bus from LCCT to KL Sentral which is the 1st Monorail Station. Sadly, he was  not confident with the instruction that i gave to him and this forced me to go to KL Central (from Titiwangsa Monorail Station) and i have to take bus from KL Sentral to LCCT ( My first time also hahaha). I confidently took a monorail from Titiwangsa to KL Sentral, then a Bus to LCCT which is i actually don't know where the hell is the bus station. After i arrived at KL Sentral, i just follow the crowds until one point, i lost my way. From the far far away, i saw lots of crowds going out and i say to my self , "that must be the bus station!" Thanks God, finally i found it. I took a bus from KL Sentral to LCCT and surprisingly the charges is just about RM8..

So guys, yeah next time, just use this bus service to KL Sentral. The bus station is  nearby the domestic arrival hall, 80 meters in the left side area. The bus will stop at the bus station at KL Sentral and you need to walk about 100m to the KL Sentral Monorail Station.

For those who never use the Monorail service , Monorail service in Kuala Lumpur which is operated by Rapid KL a very convenient public transport if you wish to go to Bukit Bintang, Chow Kit, Pavilion, KLCC and so on. Please find the route and fare below:
